Privacy

This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It is short because we do very little with it.

What we collect

If you complete the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. That is all. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. Submissions are delivered toinfo@lotechaquaculture.com.au and kept in our email records so we have the history of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

No tracking

This site runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no social media tracking pixels. We do not set cookies to identify you and we do not build a profile of your visit.

Third parties

Two services are involved in running the site. Cloudflare sits in front of it to serve pages and to screen the contact form for automated abuse, which means it processes your IP address and basic request information as part of that check. Our email provider handles delivery of the form submission to us. Neither receives your details for any purpose beyond those.

Security and retention

Enquiries are held in our business email system and kept while they remain relevant to the enquiry or to work that follows from it. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will remove it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailinfo@lotechaquaculture.com.au and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
